LIMITED WARRANTY
All DreamAuthentics.com personal video arcade products are warranted to be free from manufacturers'defects in materials and construction.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
We warrant that title to all CABINETS delivered to Buyer under this Agreement will be free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, security interests or other claims. We also warrant that the CABINETS will be free of defects in design, material and workmanship
for 365 days following delivery of the CABINET to Buyer. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND ARE IMMEDIATELY RENDERED VOID UPON BUYER’S RESALE OR TRANSFER OF THE CABINET TO ANOTHER.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
(a) use and/or storage of the CABINETS in other than their normal and customary manner
(b) misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect (including, but not limited to spills);
(c) Acts of nature and/or God (including, but not limited to, exposure to the elements; flood
(d) CABINETS which have been disassembled or repaired by anyone other then DREAMAUTHENTICS or its authorized retailer or repair service;
(e) CABINETS that have been modified in any way;

LIMITATIONS ON CABINET USE
Buyer expressly agrees and warrants that Buyer shall, at all times, use the CABINET in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. All game cabinets are to use in a NON-COMMERCIAL environment and may be used for HOME ENTERTAINMENT only.

The sole obligation of DreamAuthentics.com under warranty is to repair, supply a replacement component or credit against the purchase of such product in the event of a failure. The following items are covered under warranty from the date the personal video arcade product was shipped:

Joysticks, Microswitches and Buttons
3 (three) years

Physcial Arcade cabinet and internal wiring
1 (one) year

Arcade Monitors and name brand computers will be covered under the manufacturer's original warranty. We will assist if necessary in contacting the appropriate manufacturer.

TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE
All arcade cabinets are electrically, visually and mechanically inspected prior to shipment.
Responsibility for the arcade cabinet safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment.

All arcade machines should be given a thorough inspection and tested for defects upon receipt.

Concealed damage may not become apparent until the arcade cabinet has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even the external packaging may not show external damage. If any of these conditions are found to exist, please contact the shipping agent or the transportation company directly and file a damage report IMMEDIATELY after receipt.

Any external evidence to the shipping container must be noted on the freight bill of lading and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim. All damaged products received with the original packing must be held in the exact condition as received for the shipping company.

The shipping company will give instructions for disposition and any forms that are required to file a claim directly with them.

Any freight-damaged product will not, under any circumstances, be considered for warranty replacement or credit. All warranty claims are subject to approval by DreamAuthentics.com staff.

SHIPPING
We ship all video arcade cabinets via certified and insured National Carriers unless otherwise instructed. Our shipping agents will deliver the video arcade cabinet either inside your house or curbside. When your game system arrives you will need somebody at your house to accept delivery if the cabinet is being delivered inside your house. If the cabinet is being delivered curbside, another person present to help unload the shipment. DreamAuthentics.com assumes no liability for damage that may result from the shipping agent. In the unforseen event that the shipping agent causes damage to your house, all claims need to be settled through said shipping carrier.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DreamAuthentics.com or its employees, agents or licensors be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive or multiple damages of any kind. We hold no responsibility if you misuse game rom files, the software or you burn, mutilate, electrocute, lose, or destroy your body, your house, or any other items of earthly or spiritual importance while using our products. Please Use the products at your own risk.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are given if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and we are not able to replace, repair, exchange or claim/insurance refunds from the shipping company. Otherwise all sales are final.

If you have a product that needs to be repaired or exchanged please contact us first for an RMA number. A correct RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise. Item(s) returned without a RMA number displayed on the outside of the box will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.

You are authorized to view and download the content/pictures available from our website and/or advertising campaigns for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. No part of the materials may be redistributed, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent of DreamAuthentics.

All pictures, trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
DreamAuthentics warrants and represents that the preinstalled licensed arcade games on our personal video game machines are included with permission from their respective owners.

Any additional arcade games that users may purchase from third party vendors may not be authorized copies, and may infringe the rights of the copyright owner. Users should check to insure that any arcade games purchased or downloaded from third party vendors are not in violation of copyright law. DreamAuthentics is not affiliated with any third party classic arcade game vendors.
